On 4th May, we will be standing to be your next District Councillors for North Walham East.
Tracey lives in North Walsham East and works in Cromer for an Independent Financial Advisor. Living in her Ward, Tracey sees what needs to be changed, and what additional support needs to come our way from North Norfolk District Council. She has lived in the town since 2016 and has always tried her best to support her fellow North Walsham residents. During the pandemic, when many elderly people faced isolation she stepped up to ensure they had everything they needed, from medical supplies to food. Signposting people to information is part and parcel with daily life, trying to make sure that everyone knows what support is on offer. These are sentiments Tracey wants to bring with her to NNDC, should you choose to make her one of your next District Councillors on 4th May.
Nick spent ten years as the Chairman of the North Walsham Chamber For Business, and many years as an active member of North Walsham Roundtable. Running a business in North Walsham marketplace means that he understands what is needed for our town, economy, and people. He feels his community requires more openness between its residents and NNDC. Nick will ensure that the needs of our community remain a priority. The roads need renovation, and our business community needs support, and he will work to try and resolve these issues.
A further point, which both feel is needed, is the attention of local councillors to the overdevelopment of our town without the necessary infrastructure. We understand the need for new homes for local people, but to achieve this, we must ensure our public services can cope with the additional demand.
We hope that you choose to support us in delivering for our home, our town.
