On 4th May I'm standing to be your next District Councillor in Sheringham North. Sheringham has been my home for over 30 years. I love the town and its people and I want to ensure we get the very best deal from North Norfolk District Council.
I recently joined Sheringham Town Council, my first step into local politics. As a local business owner, I felt we needed more support to ensure the town continues to thrive and prosper - something not being provided by North Norfolk District Council. If elected in May, I will speak up for our local business community at every opportunity, the people of the town and our needs and priorities.
Seeing the building of a roundabout at the top of Holway Road would be at the very top of the list. Our local MP, Duncan Baker, and Cllr Judy Oliver, our County Councillor have done brilliant work on this front. Duncan recently met with the Roads Minister, Richard Holden MP, who discussed the plans in great detail.
We will keep pushing for this vital infrastructure to be built, it would support commerce in the town and surrounding area, and make that section of road much safer.
I hope that you choose to support me in delivering for our town, our home.
