On 4th May I'm standing to be your next District Councillor for Roughton Ward, covering the parishes of Felbrigg, Roughton, Southrepps and Thorpe Market.
I feel we need a wider spread of representation, especially from those running businesses across our wonderful district. We need to make sure that support is on offer for our economy, so we continue to thrive and prosper.
I've lived in the Ward for over 10 years, and my family have resided in Southrepps for generations. I grew up in Norfolk, went to school in Norfolk, and now my children do too. This is my home - and I want the very best for it.
I believe that giving back to your community is the best thing you can do. I'm currently a trustee of the church in North Walsham and their Director of Music. Part of this role means the running of a children's choir - a very rewarding project that allows me to give back so much to our North Norfolk community.
I work in Aylsham for our family business, a role which I find incredibly rewarding. I know first-hand how hard our business people work, to provide jobs and stable employment for people right across the district. We need to ensure they have the support they need, allowing them to continue to grow and thrive.
I hope that you choose to support me in delivering for our communities, and in making sure that Roughton Ward continues to be a great place to live, work and retire.
